Melanie is passionate about inspiring
others to live their lives with meaning & purpose.
Melanie has been providing empowerment
and wellness coaching workshops for women
& youth for over two decades.
She founded Teens On The Right Track (2001)
& WellnessTrack, LLC (2007).
Her experience includes 20+ years
as a behavioral health, wellness, & life skills occupational therapist & program director,
13+ years as a university professor, researcher,
& author of scholarly journal articles
addressing health & well-being.
Melanie is a former community & collegiate track athlete, Colgate Women's Games Finalist,
& NCAA DII Track & Field All-American.
Melanie enjoys spending time with family & friends, and enjoying nature, good music & great food.
